Have you ever wondered what coaching is all about but haven't had the opportunity to try it out yourself?

Starting in May 2021, I will be doing several sessions on topics like emotions, relationships, urges and weight loss. These sessions will take place on Friday at 17:00 and last for 1h where we will first go into some theory of coaching on these specific topics and finish with a 20min coaching session. This 20min coaching session is open to everybody and will be done within the group. It might take some courage at first but being coached in a group can be a beautiful experience. If you want to be coached on the call please send me a short email with your name and the topic you want to be coached on.

In our meetings, we will go over a robust model of coaching with its principles and methodologies. Most importantly, we will go over exercises and ideas that you will be able to try out during your week. We will learn practical skills on how to coach ourselves on daily issues. If you would rather have a private one-to-one (currently through zoom) you can book your free sessions through the link below:

Why do people want coaching?
People seek out coaching mostly because they want something to change. Sometimes it's very clear what it is, and sometimes it's not that clear. Sometimes there are obstacles in our way and we don't really know how to clear them or move around them. Sometimes it's a goal like losing some excess weight, starting your own business, or simply get more satisfaction from life in general. Examples of that could be to build more self-esteem, practice peace of mind, getting less reactive, or becoming more secure in a relationship.
