Guided Chakra Meditation - This is a guided meditation that will help you connect with the energy of your 7 main Chakras.
While in a meditative state, you’ll be directed to focus on the flow of energy from your Root to Crown, becoming familiar with how each chakra feels, you will then be guided to detect the movement or impeded flow of energy at each area. If you find that you are blocked or off balance, you can work towards unblocking, balancing, and aligning.
