Meditation Monday - A Lunchtime Support Group for Building Psychic Skills

Join us for a lunch time social about psychic skills with a themed meditation. The first week we will begin with the root chakra and every following week move up through the chakra system. Once we work through the chakras we can move onto a different subject, depending on people's interests. For example, we might start working through tarot cards (so much to contemplate there!) or going through the auric fields.

No previous meditation experience necessary! Just close your eyes and let your mind be guided through the meditation.
