Join us for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you connect with your Spirit guides. We’ll explore the concept of guides—who they are, the ways in which they assist us in our daily lives, and how to recognize their presence and guidance. This session will include time for questions and, at the end, there will be a meditative exercise where you’ll be guided to connect with one or more of your guides directly.
This is a chance to deepen your relationship with the unseen support that surrounds you and open to the wisdom and insights available to you.
Is This Workshop Right For You?
This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about Spirit guides, whether you’re new to the concept or looking to strengthen an existing connection. Come as you are—this is a welcoming and supportive space for everyone.
Note: While this workshop will be facilitated in English, participants are encouraged to ask questions and express themselves in the language of their choice.
A Few Notes About the Venue
- Espace Joie de vivre is a 4-minute walk from both the Beaudry and the Berri-UQAM metro station.
- Metered parking spots are easily accessible.
- When you arrive at the listed address, you'll find a Promixed pharmacy. You'll actually need to turn the corner and take a right to find the bright pink venue door. You can find a very short instructional video, kindly provided by our hosts at Espace Joie de Vivre, here: https://vimeo.com/1020235061. (I recommend watching the video beforehand to ensure a smooth arrival.)
