Distance: approx. 9km
Duration: 3h
Total Elevation gain: approx 230m
Grade: Moderate
Terrain: forest road, steep ground, rugged, eroded trail.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on these walks.

We will meet at TBC (which will be provided before the event) at 10 am.

This is a fundraising event for Limerick Animal Welfare, which is overwhelmed and at total capacity. They usually need the most support during holidays. (The donation link is shared within the first line and via WhatsApp group; if someone wants to donate on Revolut, please get in touch.)

We will have scones and coffee after the hike and possibly a car boot sale with hiking gear( so you could look around if you have something to donate).

What to Bring for the Hike:
• Good hiking boots with ankle support and waterproof clothing are essential (without these, you will be excluded from the hike). Spare a warm layer: hat and gloves.
• Walking trousers or comfortable hiking clothing (no jeans, please).
• Lunch and/or snacks; water (1.5 litres);

The hike is subject to a change of route.
The RSVP will open closer to the event and will offer two walks: an easy one and a moderate one(max 24ppl).
We are also looking for support with this hike from the other organisers if they are available that day.
