Welcome to all who wish to enhance their lives and explore a variety of active Osho meditations.

Osho, an Indian master and professor, created active meditations for Westerners with busy minds who find it challenging to focus or quiet the mind. These meditations help release restless thoughts, allowing for deep meditation and inner peace. Osho created numerous meditations, and we will alternate practicing a few, plus listen to a short YouTube video of his discussing meditation.
