You will be able to do this with the help of the collective mind of other participants analyze and solve your problem, share difficulties, work on your personal and professional goals.

How MasterMind works:
1. The moderator controls the time and helps make MasterMind as productive as possible.
2. Each participant has 90 seconds to introduce themselves.
3. Participants take turns presenting their task/problem and receive feedback from each participant (90 seconds for the problem, 90 seconds for each participant to respond). The moderator controls the time.
4. The 2 most relevant cases are selected and their analysis is made.
5. Each meeting concludes with an informal open discussion or exciting tasks from the moderator.

The group independently decides which of the mastermind formats will be used today, namely the first option or discussion of all cases, with the choice of 2 prominent cases on which all attention will be focused.

Target audience: People with an annual turnover of more than €200,000 who have been in business for two years or more, up to 45 years old.
The average turnover of YBC club members is 7 million €
