**No show policy **

At our events, we value the time and efforts our organizers invest in creating enjoyable experiences for everyone. To ensure fairness and maximize participation, we have established the following No-Show Policy:

1. No-Show Flagging:

• Failing to attend an event without notification or changing RSVP less than 2 hours before the event, without a valid excuse, will be marked as a "no-show."

2. Consequences:

• "No-show" participants will be temporarily banned from pong social events for 1 week.

3. Reminder System:

• Receive event reminders to help update your RSVP status.

Please remember that our events depend on accurate RSVPs to ensure an inclusive experience for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping your RSVP status up-to-date. Thank you for your support!
