What we’re about
Join us! A group dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all abilities to find joy in movement and connect with others.
While crushing intense workouts isn't our core focus, you might just find some members here if that's your jam!
Every connection creates a new world, enriching our experiences and what we offer each other. Let's honor connections, and inspire one another!
"Surround yourself with people who have the habits you want to have yourself. You’ll rise together." -James Clear
Movement can be a catalyst for positive change, and affect every aspect of life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Nature can restore harmony within ourselves, find inner peace and resilience, even in the face of adversity. Helping us stay ready, and stop getting ready.
Movement for movement, and intertwined with building community.
One step at a time will bring you closer to your goals than a mile of intention.
Eat better. Feel better.
Move more. Live more.
It's really that simple! I didn't say easy.
When you find your tribe, love them hard!
Are you ready? Join Now!
It’s my wish and my blessing that anyone reading this is also enjoying their own self discovery, and the process of practicing self mastery.

Movement is about so much more than exercise. It's a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of our lives.
Nature and Nurture. Allow natural settings to be a places of nurture. To be present, experience life, aloneness, and create new connections.
Both gratitude practice and being in natural settings are ways for us to abide more naturally in a sense of open-hearted connection.
Let's make the goal to just let our bodies move our minds groove.
Humans did not rise to the level of society we have today by living a solo existence. And we did not rise by lack of movement, learn to play again, and bring others with you.
Together. Each connection represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this connection that a new world is born. The more connections we make, experience we create, the more we have to offer.
Together creating a conscious planet. Let's try to make the world better for you having lived in it. Go Team Humanism.
Let's connect. Again."Surround yourself with people who have the habits you want to have yourself. You’ll rise together." -James Clear

MammothMarch Tampa Bay is sold out!
To enter our 2024 waiting list, check out this link. We will notify you in case additional tickets become available (first come, first served) and keep you posted on future editions.
Located just 25 miles southeast of Tampa, MammothMarch at Alafia River State Park makes for the picture-perfect hiking get-away.
While our February edition close to Orlando offered a very Florida-like terrain and scenery, our west coast pendant will look a little bit different: Standing out from the relatively flat topography of Central Florida, Alafia River State Park features some of the most radical elevation changes in the state.
Our single-circuit hiking loop takes you on a 20-mile journey of trails that wind through mixed hardwood forests, pine flatwoods, rolling hills and many lakes with an abundance of wildlife. Not open - Run for Reading 5kCommons Park, Royal Palm Beach, FL
