We’ve created a modern meditation retreat for busy individuals who want to infuse mindfulness into their everyday activities.
Here’s how it works:
Morning Intention & Meditation
We start the day together on Zoom by setting our intentions. You can speak or simply type in the chat if you prefer. This helps us ground ourselves and stay mindful of our goals throughout the day.
Mindful Hourly Check-Ins
Throughout the day, we continue with our usual tasks—work, errands, or rest—but with the intention of approaching them mindfully. At the top of every hour, we regroup for a brief 5-minute meditation to reset and refocus.
Evening Reflection & Meditation
We close the day with a longer meditation and group reflection. This is a time to share insights, challenges, and successes, helping us deepen our understanding and practice.
Flexible Participation
Join as much or as little as your schedule allows. You can pop in and out whenever it works for you. Just like in a silent retreat, the collective energy of the group will inspire and support you to bring more mindfulness into your day.
