The legal bit...
Keep in mind that you will be participating in walks and all activities at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your health and fitness levels and ensuring you are up for taking a walk. I will try to access how "difficult" a walking route is, but I am not a fitness trainer or professional "walker". I'm just someone like many of you wanting to go on a social outing and get some exercise.
In joining Livonia Walks you are doing so at your own risk and the responsibility is yours alone when participating in walks.
I do encourage you all to bring the following on the walks: water, sunscreen, hat and good study shoes.
