What we’re about
The Lower Colorado River is a less well-known stretch of river just east of Austin. Join us on Sundays to help clear trash and debris from the river. We share a common goal of preserving the river's natural beauty and protecting its ecosystem. Help us promote a healthier environment for wildlife and communities that depend on the river.
Join us at River Forest Haven for a shuttle upriver and a 3-mile paddle back to the campground. This event takes approximately 3 hours and comes with a free canoe rental or kayak! You may bring your own watercraft as well.
Participants will be given a digital gift card for a free night's stay at River Forest Haven. RSVP via our MeetUp group is required as space is limited.
