Join me for a walk through North Van neighbourhoods and parks.

Parking should be free at this time of year. Transit friendly.

Meet at 10am at Cates Park, by the boat launch. If you are running late, please message the organizer so they know to wait for you. We'll wait until 10:15

Details:
\- Distance: \~16kms
\- Elevation: not a lot of elevation gain\, but there are a couple of steep hills
\- Time: \~ 3 hours $depending on our pace and how much we explore$

There are restrooms and water fountains at Cates Park and in Deep Cove. Do bring a water bottle and a snack and wear good walking shoes

This is a dog friendly route, but dogs must be well socialized with people and other dogs and MUST respond to your commands.

Please be courteous and remove your RSVP if you are unable to go in a timely manner. No Shows will not be tolerated - 2 strikes and you will be removed from the group.
