Up in North East London, Bethnal Green to be precise, the former museum of childhood has had a rebrand, a facelift, and is now open as the Young V&A. Full of lots of interactive exhibits, it should be the perfect place for our children to let off some steam over the winter and for us to have a catch-up.
Meet at the museum entrance at 13:30. Look for my blue backpack with the pride flags in.
Entrance to the museum is free.
The museum is accessible from Bethnal Green tube station (central line) or Cambridge Heath overground station. The museum does not have parking but the nearest accessible parking spaces are on Parmiter Street. The museum has a buggy park.
