Venice is a city just begging to be photographed using long exposures, so you get smooth silky water in the canals and the sea. We have chosen some amazing spots for long exposure photography during the day.
On Saturday our main focus will shooting the beautiful and varied fishing huts just outside Venice. We will shoot throughout the day and potentially into golden hour, and if the sun isn't shining we will be shoot beautiful minimalist long exposure shots.
We'll share a meal on Saturday evening, discuss the days events, and prepare for an early rise for our sunrise shoot the following morning.
On Sunday morning we'll meet early to shoot selected sunrise locations. We'll use ferry's and buses to get around the islands (see below). After sunrise we'll head for breakfast, and then shoot more selected locations until its time to get you back in time to catch your flight home.
This time of year we hope to have some early morning fog which makes the dramatic and moody images we all love!

Find accommodation close to St Marks Square or anywhere in that general area or within easy & early morning access to that area.
ARRIVAL
It might be more convenient to fly out Friday afternoon or evening so you are ready to go on Saturday morning.
If you book a flight early Saturday morning make sure you have time to drop your luggage and make it to the meeting point on time.
