I love running on the wet sand barefoot. It is the best workout, easy on your body, and feels amazing as your feel dip in and out of the water. It is truly magical and Long Beach is a great place to do it!

Let's get together and inspire each other to jog on the beach and get outside and living!

You can go at your own pace and power walk if you like!

You can wear sneakers if you want, but trust me barefoot running n wet sand is like a massage on your feet and feels great!
