Meet near Ogbourne St George. Park on Bytham Road, SN8 1TD.
We will make our way to Upper Upham(!) and the medieval village of Snap before heading to Aldbourne and stopping for lunch at Ramsbury. Then we will head west along the Kennet valley to Axford and back to the Ogbournes.
Bring a packed lunch. There may be time for a quick drink in Ramsbury. Dogs welcome.

Boxing Day, so time for a little leg stretch, and an opportunity to burn a few of the calories from the day before.

An 18 mile walk from Box (where else), taking in several undulations east of Bath. I am told that after last year it is now traditional for us to do a Boxing Day walk from Box!

By special request from Norma, the route will not be 100% flat, and will take in Banner Down, Little Solsbury, Bathampton Down, Claverton Down, Warleigh Wood, and Browne's Folly.
