Grief Circle at Santosha Yoga: Holding Space and Moving Through Grief

Details

Grief is a journey that touches us all. In this somatic-based grief circle, we’ll gather to share, breathe, move, and ground ourselves in community. Whether your grief is fresh or something you’ve carried for years, this circle offers a nurturing environment where you can explore and express your emotions in a supportive group setting.
Our practices will include:
Personal sharing: Speak from the heart and be heard in a safe, confidential space.
Grounding exercises: Gentle practices to help you stay rooted as you navigate difficult emotions.
Movement and breathwork: Somatic-based techniques to help you process grief in a way that honors both body and mind.

No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome here. We gather on the first Monday of each month at Santosha Yoga in Loomis at 6:30 pm. Bring yourself as you are, and together, we will hold space for each other and the transformative power of grief.

When: First Monday of every month, 6:00-7:00 pm
Where: Santosha Yoga, Loomis
Cost: Suggested donation $15
