Grief Circle at Santosha Yoga: Holding Space and Moving Through Grief
Details
Grief is a universal journey, one that touches us all in unique and profound ways. In this somatic-based grief circle, we’ll come together to share, breathe, move, and find grounding within a compassionate community. Whether your grief is fresh or something you’ve carried quietly for years, this circle provides a nurturing space to explore and express your emotions with support.
Here’s what to expect:
- Personal Sharing: Speak from the heart and feel truly heard in a safe, confidential space.
- Grounding Practices: Gentle techniques to help you stay anchored while navigating challenging emotions.
- Movement and Breathwork: Somatic approaches that honor the connection between body and mind, offering a pathway to process grief holistically.
No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome here. We gather on the first Monday of each month at 5:45-7:15 pm at Santosha Yoga in Loomis. Come as you are, and together, we’ll hold space for one another.
Sessions are $20, payable via Venmo (@River-Braun) or cash.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as the circle will close at 5:50 to honor the sacred space we’re creating together.
When: First Monday of every month, 5:45 - 7:15 pm
Where: Santosha Yoga, Loomis
Cost: Suggested donation $20
