Relax and Create : Painting Botanicals in Watercolors

Join us for a fun and relaxing 2-hour guided workshop where you'll learn how to paint vibrant, colorful flowers in a loose watercolor style! Whether you're a complete beginner or want to sharpen your skills, this workshop is perfect for you. We'll walk you through step-by-step techniques to create beautiful, expressive florals using simple brushstrokes.
All materials will be provided, so just bring your creativity! Leave with your own stunning floral watercolor artwork, new skills, and plenty of inspiration.

The 2-hour workshop covers the following;

1. Understanding your painting supplies: watercolor paper, paints and brushes and their role in free-flowing, loose-painting technique.
2. Basic techniques of watercolor painting.
3. Brush movements to make quick flowers and leaves.
4. Curating an interesting color palette for your artwork.
5. Creating 2-4 postcard/bookmark size final artworks with flowers, leaves, and fillers.
6. Making cards and bookmarks with your paintings (optional).
