what is WRAP:
Wellness recovery action plan is a self management recovery tool used to make sure you're well overall in your day to day life. Vehicle or non-traditional dwelling lifestyles sometimes can be a stressful way of life and i want to make sure we are well while we achieve our goals and dreams while saving money on traditional housing expenses.

3: 20- 3:30 pm check in activity
3: 30- 3:35 pm workbook downloads assistance
3: 40 - 4: 00 Introductions of members( Name, Type of life dwelling ( car, van,RV, tent,etc, life goals , intentions of participation in group ,etc
4:00- 4:30 pm Begin workbook ( read chapter of the wrap book, start off, pick up where you left off, etc
4: 30 - 4:40 pm resources to share / Mutual aide
4: 45- 5:00 pm Announcement/ Close out of group
