If you've ever played water polo, ice hockey, soccer, rugby, lacrosse or synchro, you may be very well suited for Underwater Hockey.

If you have prior injuries that keep you from being the competitor you once were, UWH offers a low-impact, high-intensity cardio alternative.

Come join the Los Angeles Underwater Hockey Club for a fun and fitness-focused event and learn about the exciting game of Underwater Hockey.

We'll start you out by getting you set up with all of the gear you need: Mask, snorkel, headgear, fins, glove and sticks. Loaner gear is available free of charge. All you need is a swimsuit and towel

Once you're geared up, we'll show you the principles of the game and start you off with learning the basic skills and techniques that you'll need to play the sport. Then, we'll incorporate these skills into drills and exercises that will improve your athleticism and give you a great workout.

After you're comfortable with the gear and basics, we'll introduce you to some actual game play. You can join in on our scrimmage and see just how fun the sport of Underwater Hockey can be. Or, if you prefer, we can spend the entire session getting comfortable and building on basic skills. You decide the pace at which you would like to advance.

The Los Angeles Underwater Hockey Club is made of players of all skill levels, ages, genders and backgrounds and all are welcome in this inclusive sport.

Our team participates in UWH tournaments both locally and around the nation, having won numerous National Titles. Some of our members have even represented the US and brought home Gold at the World Championship level.
