Join us for our ADULT Mandala Beach Volleyball Club clinics featuring Casey Jennings-During his years at Brigham Young University, Jennings was a member of the 1999 NCAA National Championship team. He and his former partner, Matt Fuerbringer, captured their first victory at Belmar, New Jersey in 2004.
Jennings along with partner Kevin Wong successfully ended the 2010 season by capturing gold at the Swatch FIVB World Tour by beating the Brazilian duo of Benjamin Insfran and Bruno Schmidt at The Hague, Netherlands. Jennings is also married to 4-time Olympian Kerri Walsh Jennings.
These 4 clinics are for Players and will focus on Hitting, Blocking, Defending and Setting and Serving.
Sunday August 4: 8-10am Hitting & Attacking. Objectives: Attack approach footwork, arm swings, offensive attack options/shots.
Sunday August 11: 8-10am Blocking Objectives- Split blocking, positional blocking
Sunday August 18: 8-10am Defending. Objectives- Digging and shot run downs, eye work against attackers, blocking techniques, and situational defense. Serve Receive passing footwork, platform and angle work, eye work, and partner communication.
Sunday August 25: 8-10am Setting and Serving. Objectives- Eye work, hand & platform setting, back setting, situational setting, setting locations. Serving- top spin, jump float and zone serving.
Players will be divided onto courts by skill levels.
The clinic is open to any and all registrants aged 18-65. You do NOT have to be affiliated with a club or need a partner to register.

Come join us every Weds from 5-7pm at West Valley College.
