In addition to their assisted living program, Lantern Crest also offers specially designed and dedicated Alzheimer’s and memory care accommodations, which are secured with a designated common area, dining room and activities room. Teams will be escorted around to different areas in the facility.

This visit repeats weekly.

Directions & where to park--Exit 67N at Prospect and turn right. Turn left (North) on Graves (instead of going straight in the entrance for Lantern Crest) and then turn right on Sunset Trail (East). Go to the top level and park. Teams will meet outside of the facility 10-15 minutes prior to start time.
