Vi at La Jolla Village is a private, upscale senior living facility in the UTC area. They have several levels of care at the facility including Assisted Living Care, Memory Support Care, and Skilled Nursing Care. Great visit for Teams in training! (Two teams in training welcome per visit.)

THE DETAILS--

1. You MUST have completed your vaccinations against COVID19 at least 14 days prior to your first visit.

2. You must submit proof of vaccination to Visit Captain (photo of vaccination card via text or email) no later than Friday prior to your Sunday visit. Visit Captain is responsible for forwarding records to the facility.

3. All residents and staff whom the dog therapy teams will interact with have been vaccinated.

4. All dog handlers, residents, and staff must wear masks and strive to maintain six feet of social distance during each visit.

Normally this facility offers valet parking, but because of covid, we must park on our own.

**Do not go to the 2 tall independent living towers off of Costa Verde, once you turn onto Las Palmas Square, the entrance to the skilled nursing is towards the back of the building that faces the strip mall behind.**

Meet on the lawn at 12:45 pm

This visit will repeat every Sunday afternoon.
