Laughter Yoga is a practice of various laughing exercises to train your mind into thinking you are laughing for real.

After 15 minutes you will be laughing at the silliness and childlike playfulness of the various exercises.

So why not try something different and really feel the benefits of a good old Laugh.

Yoga Mats are advisable, however, most of the exercises will be standing.
