Look for Charles at the concrete bench 501-529-1914. The routes are along paved and concrete surfaces, so some comfortable running or walking shoes will do. We try to do at least 4 miles to build endurance and increase our fitness level. The group will determine the pace at which we travel, with brief stops along the way. Beginners are welcome; just come out and enjoy! If you are a few minutes late, you can park at the bridge, and we will link up with you there.
