Coffee, tea, and Zen
Details
Join us for free coffee, tea, and breakfast as we come together to explore the essence of Zen Buddhism in a modern context. Connecting with science, DX will explain Zen and Buddhism in such a refreshing way that you will be able to understand the original message of the Buddha. DX will guide you through the core message of Zen, review its origins and peak in China, and introduce you to the Platform Sutra and Wisdom Verse.
You will gain insights and techniques to help you cultivate a sense of calm and clarity in your busy life. Whether you are new to Zen Buddhism, a seasoned practitioner, or simply have a question to ask, you are warmly invited to join us.
Come see the one ton, hand-carved, marble Buddha at Luna Center, and enjoy coffee, food, community, and the peaceful property nestled in nature. This event is free, but we do ask that you RSVP to help us ensure we have enough food and coffee.
