Football is for everyone! have you been Inspired by the lionesses??? Well what are you waiting for, come and give walking football a go, it’s a great introduction to the sport for beginners. When: Every Thursday evening from 6-7pm

Where: outdoors at tithe farm rd LU5 5JW 3g pitches, Houghton Regis pitches

New activity for women of all ages, shapes and sizes wishing to take up a new team sport/get the recommended 10,000 steps in a fun way. Perfect introduction to a new or not so new team sport for women over 40! I am 60 myself! No prior experience necessary - Session will include a warm up and cool down. Great fun and exercise for women of all ages.

Friendly and welcoming group of currently 10 women. Lots of laughter and fun throughout the session! Would love to attract more women and someone interested in giving goalkeeping a go! You can come on your own or bring a friend. First 2 sessions are free!!! Thereafter £3 per session Come on give it a go! I promise you will not be disappointed!
