What we’re about

Are you looking to build healthier habits? Let’s do it together! I’m passionate about self-improvement, whether it’s becoming better at work, getting healthier, or building stronger relationships. I’m starting this group to connect with people who have similar goals.

This is a small experiment to see who’s interested. Since I’m new to organizing events, and space is limited, I’m keeping the group small (under 10 people) for now.

Each meeting, we’ll introduce ourselves, have a general discussion, and then each member will share what they want to improve. Together, we’ll develop concrete, achievable plans, and offer feedback. At the next meeting, everyone will update the group on their progress, share what they’ve learned, and explore ways to keep improving.

The goal is to create a community where we help each other grow and stay accountable. I’m open to feedback, and the format will evolve as we go. Let’s grow together!
