Vipassana meditation is often described as a path of self-discovery and self-transformation. By developing mindfulness and awareness of the present moment, we can become more in touch with our inner experiences, such as our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, which can help us cultivate a sense of equanimity.
The Vipassana Group is open to all levels of meditators who are familiar with the practice.
The group provides an opportunity for meditators to come together and support each other on their journey of self-discovery.
