Hola! Los lunes por la noche nos reunimos en Sala Dana para compartir el silencio, en un periodo de meditación un poco más largo de lo habitual y sin guía, pero con el apoyo del grupo. Es un encuentro dirigido a la gente que ya tiene su práctica de meditación establecida, ya que no va a haber instrucciones ni enseñanzas.

Sin interrumpir el silencio durante 80 minutos, vamos a hacer:

• 30 min de meditación sentada
• 20 min de meditación caminando
• 30 min de meditación sentada

Terminaremos la sesión con un espacio para comentar la experiencia, compartir y aclarar cualquier duda o pregunta que haya podido surgir.

(Siguiendo la antigua tradición budista, no ponemos precio a nuestras actividades. Al final de la sesión tendrás la oportunidad para dejar un donativo, para así apoyar el funcionamiento de la sala).

Hi! On Monday nights we meet in Sala Dana to practice together in silence, in a longer period of uninterrupted practice, without guidance but with the support of the group. This encounter is intended for people who already have an established meditation practice (there will be no instructions or teachings offered during the session).

Without breaking the silence, we are going to do:

• 30 minutes of sitting meditation
• 20 minutes of walking meditation
• 30 minutes of sitting meditation

We will end the session opening up the space to share reflexions, discuss our experience and address any questions and doubts that may arise.

(We believe that the teachings are priceless, and we want to make our activities affordable and accessible for all, therefore we do not put a fixed price on them and there is no upfront charge. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a donation at the end of the session to support the functioning of our center).
