Diamond Way Buddhism provides an easy access to the authentic Buddhist teachings and meditations for use in our contemporary life.
Buddhist meditation gives us freedom to work with emotions and circumstances. It increases stability and happiness, and results in an experience of the nature of mind itself - radiant and timelessly joyful
For newcomers there is always an introduction to Buddhism and brief explanations on how do we meditate. We have a small library with Buddhist books and magazines.
The meditation methods we use are from the Karma Kagyu, a lineage of Tibetan Buddhism that goes back 1,000 years. The presentation is fresh and free from cultural baggage. We regularly hold courses on Buddhism and Buddhist meditation classes, guided by experienced practitioners and travelling teachers appointed by Lama Ole Nydahl under the spiritual guidance of the 17th Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje.
All guided meditation classes are free of charge.
Being a Buddhist means trying to bring the insights from our meditation to daily life. Keeping the view from meditation gives us more space to act consciously instead of from habit or dusturbing emotion .
