Weekly Queer social

This is not organised by this meetup group, but it looks like our type of event, and a few of us from this group will be going to check it out, so join us!! It’s a project trying to establish a regular weekly queer meetup in Manchester (which would be awesome!), every Thursday evening from 7pm at the New Cross bar, next to the Northern Quarter. "Hi! We’ll be trialing a new wholesome weekly queer meet-up, for LGBTIQ+ folk and allies! We’ll be doing it every Thursday for four weeks, starting Thursday November 7th, and if it goes as well as we think it will, then we’ll make it a permanent fixture of the Manchester queer calendar! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

"We meet in the Northern Quarter, at the New Cross bar (6 Cross Keys Street), Thursday, from 7-9pm (although drop in and out anytime within these hours). Venue has a lovely chill vibe, good setting for getting to know new folk, with food and drink available, including excellent range of zero/low alcohol drinks. They'll always be sober folk, and at least one sober host around.

"Coming on your own? No worries, this is a great way to make new friends! 🤗 To find our group within the bar, either ask New Cross friendly staff, or you'll see a pride flag in a vase on a table. If feeling a tad nervous, then ask to speak to one of the kiki family team when you arrive, and we’ll get you settled in in no time 😊
