Frostbite Bike Ride from Ladybower Fairholmes Centre

Good incentive to keep peddling!

Always a great ride at any time of year what about a great Twixtmas Frostbite Bike Ride around the Ladybower reservoirs. Mostly a good surface but probably better for hybrids or mountain bikes rather than pure road bikes especially on the extension which can be muddy in places.

Main route without extension is about 15 miles on almost traffic free tracks and lanes with possibilities of a pub stop (mulled wine anyone!) when 3/4 of the way. Further optional extension a bit more off road BUT with on road section on the busy A57 to get back to the start.

Earlier than usual start as we don't want to come back in the dark!
