Real-time analytics with Kafka and ClickhouseAbstract:
In today’s fast-paced world, speed is everything, and quick insights are essential. Traditional tools can’t keep up anymore—real-time analytics are now crucial for making decisions, entering new markets, and improving customer experiences. Whether it’s IT, retail, FinTech, or AdTech, every industry uses real-time analytics in various ways. Streaming data has become a cornerstone of modern applications, with Kafka as the go-to platform for streaming.
In this 101 session, we’ll explore why real-time analytics is important and how to achieve it using ClickHouse with Kafka as the data source. When paired with Kafka, ClickHouse becomes an excellent solution for building scalable and responsive analytics systems. We’ll discuss real-world use cases, nuances to setting up such a system, and tips for running it at scale.***
