Scent and Sound Healing to Cultivate Gratitude with Rosan Cruz
Details
Practicing gratitude is a powerful way to invite more joy and abundance into your life. Studies show that being grateful can help reduce stress, improve sleep, boost your mood, and lessen feelings of envy and regret.
When we focus on gratitude, amazing things happen: we feel calmer, communicate better, and find it easier to forgive ourselves and others. This not only makes us happier but also helps us build stronger connections with our family, friends, and coworkers.
Join us for a transformative Scent and Sound Healing session on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:15 AM. In this 75-minute experience, you’ll relax to the soothing sounds of the gong while enjoying the calming scents of Gaiaroma’s pure plant oils. These tools will help you let go of stress and appreciate the blessings in your life – like the air you breathe and the comforts of home.
To fully immerse yourself in the experience, wear light, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. If you’re joining online, please make sure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to the Zoom session and a suitable audio equipment to fully enjoy the gong's healing sounds.
Take advantage of our early bird rate of P800 for online attendees until November 13. After that, the regular rate will be P900. For onsite participants, space is limited, and the energy exchange is P1,000.
To secure your spot or access the Zoom session, send us a screenshot of your payment. For onsite attendees, kindly reserve your slot in advance. The essential oil blend will be delivered on November 15 (delivery cost to be covered via Grab or Lalamove).
This session is not suitable for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under 7, or individuals experiencing serious mental health issues. For inquiries or more information, contact us via WhatsApp at (0918) 888-9198.
