We are a group of meditators who meet weekly to sit together. We are open to all who want to meditate -- both beginners and experienced meditators. While the common denominator is Buddhist Mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation, we have members from a variety of backgrounds – hence, Many Branches.
We usually sit together for 30 minutes or so then talk informally about our practice and, in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh, try to practice deep listening.
And of course, these days we are meeting on zoom.
Whether you want to learn to meditate or wish to sit together with others, all are welcome.
