What we’re about

Running/Obstacle Race group that will train for local 5K, 10K, and obstacle course races. This group is about friendship, encouragement and accountability, as we set incremental goals and work towards completing a large, team obstacle course race next spring!

A high fitness level is NOT necessary, but a genuine desire for sustained improvement in health, wellness and fitness is a great start. We believe that working towards a new and defined goal transcends the complacency of daily exercise routines, and provides members with a continously evolving purpose. Plus, IT WILL BE FUN!
