What we’re about

Ever wanted to learn how to do a backflip? Join us to practice martial arts tricking, a sport that incorporates kicks, twists and flips from various disciplines. Tricking combines elements from wushu, capoeira, taekwondo, karate, parkour, gymnastics, and even breakdancing into aesthetically pleasing combos.

Our group offers a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all levels of experience. Come train, learn, and have fun with us as we explore the exciting world of martial arts and movement disciplines together!

The goal is to have an open session and group class roughly once a week. Private coaching is also available upon request.
