**Ohiopyle State Park** encompasses approximately 20,500 acres of rugged natural beauty and serves as the gateway to the Laurel Highlands. The park offers so many activities: hiking, numerous waterfalls, Great Allegheny Passage biking, whitewater rafting and two nearby Frank Lloyd Wright houses. Also recommended while you are there, is a 50 minute drive to the Flight 93 (9/11) memorial in Stoystown, Pa. Scheduled activities TBD. You're also free to explore on your own. There will be campfire activities on Friday and Saturday evenings.
**CAMP RESERVATIONS:** You must reserve your own site for this campout. This campground fills up fast so please make your camping reservations **NOW** for the **Ohiopyle State Park Kentuck campground**! Camp leaders will be located in Site #’s 37 and 38 on Cherry Road (no pets). There are also two group tent sites. You may want to reserve one and offer to share the cost with others. There are also rustic cabins and yurts.

**Inclement weather/cancellation plan:**
If there is reason to cancel the campout I will let you know two days before. However, Check MeetUp before coming to the campout for any last minute info from the hike leader.
If you have taken more than two hikes with us and have not become a paid member...then please do so to continue hiking/camping with us! We are an all volunteer organization and your membership fee help keep us on the trails.
**CONSEQUENCES OF A NO SHOW - To accommodate all, Trail Dames has a 3-strikes-you are-out policy for NO SHOWS. Please make sure your RSVP is accurate at least 24 hours prior to event start. If there is a same day emergency, reach out to the hike leader, please.**
