What we’re about
Mass Create is a in-person group for all types of writers of all skill levels looking to socialize with other writers and get some writing done. We are located in Western Massachusetts and have weekly meetings on Mondays at the Lady Killigrew café in the Montague Bookmill and on Wednesdays in Northampton. We are a hybrid writing discussion and productivity group. Typical format is a roundtable discussion of writing goals and progress followed by an hour of productive writing. Hope to see you soon!

Need dedicated time to silence the noise and dive deep into your creative well? Join our weekly focused writing session.- Structure Your Inspiration: Our sessions are designed to spark your creativity and maximize your writing time.
- Start by getting to know the other writers, sharing progress and setting goals in a 45-minute discussion.
- Follow it with a dedicated 1-hour writing sprint to get those words on the page!
- Focus on Your Craft: This is your dedicated writing zone. Leave critiques and readings for another time and silence your inner critic. Simply focus on making progress with your writing.
- Community of Creators: Surround yourself with fellow writers in a welcoming space, find motivation and build a consistent writing routine.
Fuel Your Muse & Stay Charged: The Lady Killigrew Cafe offers delicious food and drinks, and free WIFI is available (Bookmill Public).
NEED TO KNOW:
- Every Monday, 6:30 PM - 8:30ish PM
- RSVP by 5 PM Monday
- Where we sit - at the Long Center Table
- Easily distracted? Bring headphones or earbuds if needed
- Be sure to charge your devices in advance as there are no outlets at our table
- WiFi - Bookmill Public (no password needed)
- Running late? No worries. Leave a message in the Meetup chat/comments or DM the host. If writing session is in progress, seat yourself and start writing - you can introduce yourself afterwards.
- Killigrew closed? Alternate venue is the Rendezvous in Turners Falls. We will be at one of the tables in the back.

Do you want an opportunity to sit and focus on your writing with no distractions? Do you find it easier to get writing done when you're surrounded by other writers? Come join us in downtown Northampton for a quiet, dedicated session of just writing.
WHERE: Ana Bandeira Chocolates in downtown Northampton. We will plan to meet inside at the big table in the center.
FOOD/DRINK: Ana Bandeira closes at 8:30pm. Food menu includes pastries, chocolate, soup, and desserts. Drink menu includes coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and juice.
WiFi/Charging: There is free WiFi and outlets for charging, but not at our table, so it's a good idea to charge up in advance!
IF YOU ARE LATE: Please message your host with an ETA and feel free to come. If you arrive during the writing session, seat yourself and join in. You may introduce yourself afterwards.
