Organized by the Dianetics and Scientology Center of Long Island, this group provides seminars and workshops giving proven methods for improving lives and increasing happiness.
Join us for tools and knowledge you can immediately use to improve your own ability and success in handling your life.
We address subjects such as self-sabotage, taking control of your mental health, handling self-doubt and negative emotion, stress, anxiety and depression, relationships, family, knowing who you can trust and many more.
Many events are accompanied by a personality analysis and one-on-one consultation, wherein you discover which aspects of your personality are helping you, and which hold you down, along with a individual improvement plan to guide you toward your ideal self.
