Invite Mother Nature to your workout!
Join us on Wednesday, November 29, 9am-10am at Hart Park in Newhall.

Take your Pilates practice outside and enjoy fresh air, a change of perspective and some community fun!
In this full-body workout you will build core strength, sculpt the body and increase joint range of motion. Through slow and controlled exercises using body weight, Pilates rings and resistance bands, you'll lengthen and strengthen your muscles.

Please bring your Yoga mat, water, sunscreen and a sense of adventure.
First class is free!
