Join us for an 8-week MBSR course focusing on mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. This group is for individuals interested in meditation, mindful living, mindfully handling difficult and stressful situations , and exploring the mind-body connection. Each week, we will delve into practices designed to recognize stress, habitual ways of thinking, autopilot reactions. And we will learn the tools how to become aware of stress and how to make space for mindful choices.
