Dear Beautiful Women,

I see you juggling so much, your work, relationships but you can’t give from an empty cup. Let’s take a break together! Every week between 7-8 pm, I teach one slow-paced, calming yoga classes online to help you release stress and have your well-deserved self-care hour.

My goal is to create a safe and warm space where we can just simply be as we are.

In my online yoga classes, we come together to find deep relaxation and share moments of peace. I'll also sprinkle in some wisdom from yoga philosophy, offering insights on how to nurture and understand ourselves and others in a more helpful and empowering way.

My online yoga classes include:

  • Breathing technique (pranayama)
  • Yoga poses (asanas)
  • Relaxing meditation (laid-down meditation)
