New week, new yoga class with journaling, meditation, and breathwork!
If you're new here, a big warm welcome! 💜 Each class comes with a fresh theme designed to help us navigate life feeling more grounded, balanced, and empowered.

Here's what to expect:
✨ Gentle breathwork to center ourselves
✨ A relaxing yoga flow for all levels (approx. 40 minutes)
✨ Guided journaling to reflect and connect
✨ A grounding meditation to finish
