Hi everyone,
I’m a media professional based out of Austin. Having worked at various agencies like Weber Shandwick, Ogilvy, MSL and Edelman I’ve realised how important it is to have a network to bounce ideas off of.
I’m starting a new Media club in Austin and I’m looking to gauge interest to understand better on what people need.
It’s going to be for professionals to come together and discuss campaigns and strategies because let’s face it, it’s not easy to continuously come up with new ideas ALL THE TIME and client feedback + requests are never ending, so no harm in getting more opinions.
It’s not just to discuss work, but more of a wonderful group of professionals coming together to guide each other through challenges and share the acumen.
All of this over some good snacks (cuz brain usage can make you hungry) and mimosas/ wine (cuz why not)

For now, this is for people based in Austin only. Gotta change the perspective of the city being a tech hub. There’s so much more and def lots of media. Looking forward to your responses and pls feel free to comment down here on what you think of the idea.
