As we have no in person classes running in Tasmania at the moment, you are invited to join us on Zoom, in Canberra, every Monday Evening at 6pm from the comfort of your home.

These classes in Sahaja Yoga Meditation will teach you simple and effective techniques, which will help you to achieve the experience of inner silence.
Build your skills at your own pace and journey towards a deeper understanding of your 'Self'. This is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and to experience a new awareness that you may not have known before.
Suitable for beginners and regulars. Join in even if you miss a session.
No strenuous physical exercises, postures or special clothing.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and is now enjoyed all around the world.
Lyn and Gulshan will be your hosts and you can contact Lyn on 0410 177 822 if you have any queries. The session is interactive, so feel free to ask questions in chat, or you can ask to be added to the WhatsApp group to receive daily meditations so that you can practice in between sessions.
