Here, we will announce secular meditation events and retreats in Toms River and surrounding areas, and extend the invitation to participate in silent, 'get-away' retreats held in scenic and serene venues in NJ, NY & PA. All are welcome, regardless of prior meditation experience, religious background, or spiritual belief. ..........

- 11:15-12:00 Breathing meditation
- 12:00-1:00 Lunch Break.
- 1:00-1:30 Q&A Session
- 1:30-2:30- Walking meditation
- 12:45-3:00- Snack break
- 3:00-4:45 Vipassana meditation and walking meditation
The day-long retreat will conclude at 4:45-5:00 pm, featuring a merits-sharing session, where participants can reflect on their experiences and insights gained, and mark the completion of the program
